Shipping Information offers Free Shipping and Free Returns for all orders with the continental US. We cannot fulfill orders outside the US at this time.

  • UPS GROUND: FREE 5-7 DAY DELIVERY within the continental US
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Flat Rate $13: Delivery by the end of the third business day. No weekend delivery.
  • UPS 2 Day: Flat Rate $22
  • UPS Next Day Air: Flat Rate $55

Order Processing, Ship and Delivery Schedule for US orders

  • Orders placed M-F before 3PM EST generally ship the same day.
  • Orders placed M-F after 3PM EST generally will ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed Sat-Sun will ship the following Monday.

Online Returns Policy

If you have purchased boots through our website, and our boots don't meet your expectations on fit or appearance, they may be returned within 30 days of order date using the return shipping label included with your shipment. The product must be in NEW condition and have ALL packaging material, original tags and labels in place. Failure to comply with the returns policy will force a quality inspection that will result in a delay receiving any credit to your account. Customers in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact our Customer Care team for Return Shipping Instructions.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive two e-mails:

  • The first e-mail will be sent immediately to the e-mail address you provided during checkout, to confirm the order. This e-mail will contain your order number. You will need this number to track your order online, or to make a return or exchange at a later date.
  • The second e-mail will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. This e-mail will contain the UPS tracking number for your purchase.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. Your credit card statement may say HSP Footwear as Honeywell Safety Products (HSP) is the parent company of Oliver Bootmakers®.
